Announcement of Resignation and Appointment of Directors
The Board of Directors (the "Board") of Chung Hwa Development Holdings Limited (the "Company") announces that, with effect from 17 June 2000, Mr. Jeffery Jing Xie and Mr. Cham Wai Ho, Anthony had resigned as independent non-executive directors of the Company. Mr. Chan Kwong On, Daniel and Ms. Ha Ping were appointed as independent non-executive directors of the Company. The Board would like to take this opportunity to express its appreciation for the valuable contributions of Mr. Xie and Mr. Cham to the Company.
