ANNOUNCEMENT
The Board of Directors ("the Board") of Star Cyberpower Holdings Limited ("the Company") is pleased to announce that Mr. Tam Siu Cheung was appointed as an Independent Non-executive Director of the Company with effect from 10th August 2000.
The Board also announces that Mr. Chan Kwong On, Daniel changed his directorship from an Independent Non-executive Director to a Non-executive Director of the Company with effect from 10th August 2000 and thereafter, there are two Independent Non-executive Directors in the Board of the Company.
The Company welcomes Mr. Tam Siu Cheung to join the Board and believes that his extensive experience will be beneficial to the expansion and development of the Company.
