ANNOUNCEMENT

The Board of Directors ("the Board") of Star Cyberpower Holdings Limited ("the Company") announces that Mr. Tam Wai Keung, Billy and Mr. Cheung Yu Shum, Jenkin resigned as non-executive directors of the Company with effect from 30th August 2000 for their personal reasons.

The Board would like to thank Mr. Tam and Mr. Cheung for their valuable contribution to the Company during their service.
