The board of directors (the "Board") of Paladin Limited (the "Company") announces that the Board has appointed Mr. Zhu Pei Qing as an independent non-executive director of the Company with effect from 22nd September 2000.

The Board also announces that Mr. Chui Mon Fu has resigned as an independent non-executive director of the Company with effect from 22nd September 2000.
