G Mining Ventures Corp. Change of Auditor Notice Pursuant to National Instrument 51-102, Section 4.11

I. Former auditor

• a. On December 15, 2020, Crowe MacKay LLP, Chartered Professional Accountants, resigned as the auditor of G Mining Ventures Corp. (previously known as Kanadario Gold Inc. at the reporting issuer’s request.

• b. On December 15, 2020, the Board of Directors, upon recommendation of its Audit Committee, approved the decision of G Mining Ventures Corp. to change the auditor.

• c. The auditor’s reports of Crowe MacKay LLP, Chartered Professional Accountants, on the financial statements of G Mining Ventures Corp. for the two years ended October 31, 2020 did not contain any modifications as to departures from generally accepted accounting principles or limitation in the scope of the audit.

• d. In connection with the audits for the two years ended October 31, 2020, and through to December 15, 2020, there have been no reportable events, as defined in the National Instrument.

Successor auditor PricewaterhouseCoopers was approved by the Board of Directors, upon recommendation of its Audit Committee, as the new auditors of G Mining Ventures Corp. as of December 15, 2020.
