Grant of Director Performance Rights

Future Metals NL ("Future Metals" or the "Company", ASX | AIM: FME) announces that it has granted 15,500,000 Performance Rights to Directors of the Company, on the terms and conditions set out in the Explanatory Statement accompanying the Notice of General Meeting dated 24 May 2024, which was approved by shareholders on 25 June 2024.

Under the Company's Performance Rights Plan, the 15,500,000 Performance Rights are exercisable for nil consideration up to and including 28 June 2027 and are subject to the vesting criteria outlined in the table below:
