CHANGES OF COMPANY SECRETARY AND AUTHORISED REPRESENTATIVE

The Board announces the following changes with effect from 29 January 2021:

(i) Ms. Chan has resigned as the Company Secretary and an Authorised Representative; and

• (ii) Ms. Cheung has been appointed as the Company Secretary and an Authorised Representative.

The board (the “ Board ”) of directors (the “ Directors ”) of Future Data Group Limited (the “ Company ”, together with its subsidiaries, known as the “ Group ”) announces that, with effect from 29 January 2021, Ms. Chan Suet Lam (“ Ms. Chan ”, a manager of Corporate Services of Tricor Services Limited (“ Tricor ”) engaged by the Company as an external service provider) has resigned as the company secretary of the Company (the “ Company Secretary ”) and an authorised representative of the Company (the “ Authorised Representative ”) for the purpose of Rule 5.24 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on GEM of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the “ Stock Exchange ”).

Ms. Chan has confirmed that she has no disagreement with the Board and there are no matters that need to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company and the Stock Exchange in relation to her resignation.

The Board announces that Ms. Cheung Yuet Fan (“ Ms. Cheung ”) has been appointed as the Company Secretary and an Authorised Representative in replacement of Ms. Chan with effect from 29 January 2021.

Ms. Cheung is a director of Corporate Services of Tricor, Asia’s leading business expansion specialist. Ms. Cheung has over 30 years of experience in the corporate secretarial field. She has been providing professional corporate services to Hong Kong listed companies as well as multinational, private and offshore companies.

Ms. Cheung is a Chartered Secretary, a Chartered Governance Professional and a Fellow of both The Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries and The Chartered Governance Institute (formerly ‘‘The Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators’’) in the United Kingdom.

Ms. Cheung obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accountancy from City Polytechnic of Hong Kong (now known as City University of Hong Kong) in November 1993.

After the changes mentioned herein, the authorised representatives of the Company for the purpose of Rule 5.24 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on GEM of the Stock Exchange are Mr. Phung Nhuong Giang, an executive Director, and Ms. Cheung.

The Board would like to express its sincere gratitude to Ms. Chan for her valuable contribution to the Company during the tenure of her office and extend its warm welcome to Ms. Cheung to her appointment.
