FUGRO COMPLETES THE ACQUISITION OF OBN
Fugro reports that the deal with respect to the acquisition of the Ocean Bottom Nodes (OBN) activity of Seabird Exploration PLC has been finalised today.
The earlier agreed purchase price of USD 125 million is unchanged.
