Fugro acquires full ownership of Fugro Jacques GeoSurveys Inc., Canada
Fugro has purchased the 30 percent minority holding in Fugro Jacques GeoSurveys Inc. based in St. John's, Newfoundland, Canada, from Stantec Consulting Ltd.
Fugro has now full ownership of Fugro Jacques GeoSurveys Inc., which will enable Fugro to further expand the range of its services in Canada. The company will in future operate under the name of Fugro GeoSurveys Inc. and has already a long track record in offering the complete range of Fugro's marine survey and marine geotechnical services to its Canadian based and international clients. The company has a staff of 80 professionals and annual revenues of around USD 15 million.
