JPMorgan Asset Management Holdings Inc. ("JPMAMHI")

has increased its total holding in the share capital

of Frontline Ltd. This is a result of its

subsidiaries J.P. Morgan Investment Management Inc.

increasing its holdings by 43,459 ordinary shares and

JPMorgan Asset Management (UK) Limited increasing its

holdings by 95,602 ordinary shares on 13 January

2014. Following the increase, the total number of

shares held by JPMAMHI increased to 4,379,127 being

5.062 % of the issued share capital and voting rights

of the company. The threshold crossed on 13 January

was 5 %.
