("Frontier IP" or "the Company")

Director dealing

Frontier IP, which specialises in the commercialisation of university intellectual property, on 30 April 2015, was informed by Andrew Richmond, Non-Executive Chairman, that his SIPP had purchased 250,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 21.5p per share and that he had sold 250,000 Ordinary Shares at 21.5p per share, both transactions on 30 April 2015.  Following these transactions, Mr Richmond continues to have an interest in 1,000,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 3.76 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.

The Company on 30 April 2015 was informed by Jim Fish, Chief Financial Officer, that his ISA had purchased 60,000 Ordinary Shares at 21.05p per share and he had sold 60,000 Ordinary Shares at 21.0p per share, both transactions on 30 April 2015. Following these transactions, Mr Fish continues to have an interest in 100,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.37 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
