Posting of Annual Report & Accounts and Notice of AGM

Frontier Developments plc (AIM: FDEV, "Frontier" or the "Company"), a leading developer of video games with studios in Cambridge, UK and Halifax, Canada, announces that its Annual Report & Accounts for the year ended 31 May 2014 and the notice of the 2014 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") have been posted to shareholders.

The AGM will be held on Tuesday 14th October 2014 at 10.00am at 306 Science Park, Milton Road, Cambridge, CB4 0WG.
