Frenkel Topping Group (AIM: FEN), a specialist professional and financial services firm focused on asset protection for clients, announces that, further to the recent Holding in Company announcement released on 11 October 2021, confirming that Harwood Capital LLP as investment manager to North Atlantic Smaller Companies Investment Trust plc ("NASCIT") had purchased 351,741 ordinary shares of 0.5p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), at a price of 73 pence per Ordinary Share (the "Purchase"), Christopher Mills, Non-executive Director of the Company and a director of NASCIT, is now interested in 27,500,000 Ordinary Shares of the Company, representing approximately 24.3 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
