Correction to Notice of Annual General Meeting
Freehill Mining Limited advises that it has become aware of a typographical error in the wording of Resolution 10 – Approval of Amendments to the Constitution as set out in its Notice of Annual General Meeting released to ASX on 23 December 2020. The full correct wording of the Resolution is set out below.
Resolution 10 – Approval of Amendments to the Constitution (Special Resolution)
To consider, and if thought fit, pass the following resolution as a special resolution:
“That, for the purposes of Section 136(2) of the Corporations Act and for all other purposes, approval is given that the constitution of Freehill Mining Limited is amended in the manner set out in the Explanatory Statement, with effect from the conclusion of the meeting.”
