Director/PDMR shareholdings

The Company was notified on 2 October 2013 that each of Dave Forsey (Chief Executive) and Bob Mellors (Group Finance Director) had on 2 October 2013:

(i)      exercised the options granted to them under the Company's Executive Bonus Share Scheme to each acquire 1,000,000 fully paid ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company; and

(ii)      each sold 950,000 fully paid ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company at a price of 680.0 pence per ordinary share.

Following this notification, Dave Forsey and Bob Mellors each hold an interest in 50,000 ordinary shares (0.01%) in the capital of the Company, all of which is held beneficially by them.
