FOS Capital Ltd (ASX: FOS) – Trading Halt
Description
The securities of FOS Capital Ltd (‘FOS’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of FOS, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Thursday, 27 October 2022 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Dear Dale,
Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1, we request that ASX grant a trading halt in the ordinary shares of FOS Capital Limited (ASX: FOS) until the earlier of an announcement to the market concerning a capital raising or Thursday 27 October 2022.
In accordance with listing rule 17.1 the Company advises that:

The trading halt is necessary as the Company expects to make an announcement to the market in relation to the capital raising outlined above.

The Company wishes the trading halt to last until as such time it makes an announcement to the market concerning details of the capital raising or Thursday 27 October 2022, whichever is the earlier.
