ALLOTMENT OF SECURITIES

The Directors advise that a total of 1,290,000 unlisted options, exercisable at 3 cents between 21 January 2011 and 21 January 2014 will be issued to 17 employees. The options have been issued in accordance with the Frontier Resources Ltd Employee Incentive Option Scheme.
