Formpipe receives order on earchiving valued at SEK 4 million
Formpipe receives an order from a large Swedish authority on the ECM product Long-Term Archive. The SEK 4 million license revenue will be recognized over the six year life of the contract.
Recently Formpipe was signed as a vendor on the SKL frame agreement on earchiving. The total value of the frame agreement is estimated to be around SEK 250 million.
- The SKL frame agreement puts the light on e-archiving and we can see evidences of increased activity within this area. What we see is increased demand for IT sy stems that minimize cost for previously expensive and complex archiving processes and at the same time delivers improved service and accessibility to the citizens, says Christian Sundin, CEOof Formpipe.
All municipalities, county councils, regions and public-owned companies need IT sy stems to facilitate digital archiving without compromising their accessibility to thousands of documents and cases handled within the organization. The public sector is governed by rules and regulations explicitly saying how this information is to be archived and preserved for the future.
