The General Circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) circular
Nos. 14/2020, 17/2020, 20/2020, 33/2020, 39/2020 and 10/2021 dated April 8,
2020, April 13, 2020, May 5, 2020, September 28, 2020, December 3 $\overline{2}$ 2021/11 dated May 12, 2020 and January 15, 2021 respectively permits the holding of AGM of the Company through VC/OAVM without presence of Members. The AGM of the Company will be held through VC/OAVM).
