On May 16, 2017, Amaya Inc. (the “Company”) issued a news release announcing the appointment of Mr. Brian Kyle as its Chief Financial Officer, effective June 19, 2017. On the same date, the Company filed a Material Change Report on SEDAR at www.sedar.com with respect to Mr. Kyle’s appointment. Copies of the news release and report are attached hereto as Exhibits 99.1 and 99.2, respectively, and are incorporated herein by reference.
