Reduction of the share capital

Company Announcement to the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority No. 09-2014, 30 April 2014.

At FLSmidth & Co. A/S' Annual General Meeting on 27 March 2014, it was decided to reduce the company's share capital from DKK 1,064,000,000 to DKK 1,025,000,000 by cancellation of treasury shares at a nominal value of DKK 39,000,000 divided into 1,950,000 shares of DKK 20 each.

Today, FLSmidth & Co. A/S has registered the implementation of the reduction of the share capital with the Danish Business Authority and cancelled nominally DKK 39,000,000 shares. After the reduction of the share capital, the company's share capital is nominally DKK 1,025,000,000.
