I henhold til lov om Værdipapirhandel § 29 har FLSmidth modtaget oplysning om, at Novo A/S på vegne af Novo Nordisk Fonden har en samlet beholdning af FLSmidth & Co. A/S aktier på 2.573.000 stk., hvilket svarer til 5,02% af den samlede nominelle aktiekapital i FLSmidth & Co. A/S.
