I henhold til lov om Værdipapirhandel § 29 har FLSmidth modtaget oplysning om, at Novo A/S på vegne af Novo Nordisk Fonden har en samlet beholdning af FLSmidth & Co. A/S aktier på 5.150.000 stk., hvilket svarer til 10,05% af den samlede nominelle aktiekapital i FLSmidth & Co. A/S.
