Fiskars has completed the acquisition of Garden and Watering business from
Robert Bosch Tool Corporation, announced on September 11, 2014, as planned. The
acquired business includes leading U.S. watering brands Gilmour and Nelson and
enables Fiskars to strengthen and diversify its garden and yard care portfolio.
The new watering business is now a part of Fiskars Americas segment.
