REQUEST FOR SUSPENSION – TELLUS RESOURCES LTD

Tellus Resources Ltd (“the “Company” or “Tellus Resources”) requests a suspension to be placed on the Company’s securities, effective immediately, and provides the following in relation to Listing Rule 17.2:

• The Company makes the request pending the release of an announcement in relation to a capital raising;

• The Company expects the suspension to last until commencement of normal trading on 30 April 2012 or when the anticipated announcement referred to above is released to the market; and

• it is not aware of any reason why the suspension should not be placed.
