Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of AGM 2019 now available online

Notice of availability

This is to advise you that the Annual Report and Accounts for the financial year ended 31 March 2019 and the Notice of AGM 2019 are now available online at www.firstgroupplc.com

You can submit your voting and proxy appointment instructions online at www.sharevote.co.uk. You will need your Voting ID, Task ID and Shareholder Reference Number to log on.

Alternatively, if you have already registered with Equiniti's online portfolio service, Shareview, you can submit your proxy electronically at www.shareview.co.uk. Once logged in simply click "View" on the "My Investments" page and follow the instructions on the screen.

Please note that your vote/proxy appointment must be registered by no later than 2.30pm on Tuesday 23 July 2019.

If you are unable or do not wish to vote/appoint a proxy online, or you have any questions concerning this notice or are unable to locate or access the documents, please call our Registrar, Equiniti – telephone 0371 384 2046 (UK) or +44 (0)121 415 7050 (overseas). FirstGroup plc's Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Thursday 25 July at 2.30pm at De Vere Grand Connaught Rooms, 61-65 Great Queen Street, Holborn, London, WC2B 5DA

If you plan to attend the AGM, please bring this notice with you and present it at the registration point on arrival in order to assist admittance procedures.

This notice of availability is not a summary of the proposals to be considered at the AGM and should not be a substitute for reading the documentation referred to overleaf.
