Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure

The results of the 2015/2016 PJM Interconnection, LLC, Reliability Pricing Model capacity auction were released May 18, 2012. The four 208 megawatt gas-fired, simple-cycle peaking units offered into the auction by FirstEnergy Solutions Corp. did not clear the auction.
