Subject: Reduction of Capital of First Treet Manufacturing Modaraba (FTMM)
Dear Sir,
Further to our earlier announcement on PSX dated June 17, 2025, we wish to inform our investors and stakeholders that the Paid-Up Modaraba Fund/Capital of First Treet Manufacturing Modaraba (FTMM) has been reduced from 883,590,287 Modaraba certificates to 195,599,994 Modaraba certificates, pursuant to the Order passed by the Honorable Lahore High Court, Lahore, dated March 12, 2025 (certified copy received on March 20, 2025), in Company Petition No. C.O. No. 6537 of 2025, resulting in the cancellation of 687,983,435 certificates.
Additionally, as per the letter received from the Central Depository Company of Pakistan Limited (CDC) dated June 24, 2025, the paid-up capital of First Treet Manufacturing Modaraba now stands at 195,599,994 certificates.
Please also note that the revised physical certificates will be dispatched to the certificate holders in due course.
Please inform the TREC Holders of the exchange accordingly.
