This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of First Treet Manufacturing Modaraba ("Modaraba") Managed by Treet Holdings Limited in their meeting held on Thursday, July 17, 2025 at 11:00 A.M at Lahore, have approved the Five-Year Business Plan of the Modaraba for FY 2025/26 to FY 2029/2030.

We confirm that there are no material or price sensitive disclosures arising from this meeting that would necessitate an immediate public disclosure or that may influence the market price of the Modaraba's shares.
