YUNTONE CAPITAL CORP. TERMINATES BUSINESS COMBINATION AGREEMENT WITH GROWX GLOBAL CORP.

Vancouver, British Columbia – April 1, 2020 – Yuntone Capital Corp. (“ Yuntone ”) (TSXV: YTC.H) announces that it has terminated its business combination agreement with Grow Global Corp whereby Yuntone intended to acquire all of the issued and outstanding shares of GrowX (the “Transaction”). The Transaction was terminated as GrowX failed to satisfy the closing conditions by November 30, 2019. Yuntone is currently listed on the NEX Board of the TSX Venture Exchange.
