Update on Timing of Full Year Results Announcement

Fintel plc (AIM: FNTL) previously announced its intention to publish its Full Year Results for the twelve months ended 31 December 2020, on Tuesday 16 March 2021. Owing to process delays in the finalisation of the audited results, the Company will now announce its Full Year Results on Tuesday 23 March 2021.

The Board of Directors reiterate the financial guidance and outlook statement detailed in the pre-close trading announcement on 26 January 2021, including that adjusted earnings per share will be marginally above 11.0p.
