This is to inform that the ten ure of Mr. Anil V. Whabi (DIN 00142052) as the Whole-time director designated as Director (Finance) of the Compa ny has completed on closing of business hours of 25th August, 202 1 and accordingly he ceased to be the Whole-time director of the Company.

By virtue of the completion of the ten ure, Mr. Anil V. Whabi ha s also ceased to be the Director of the Company with effect from closing of business hours of 25th August, 2021 .

However Mr. Anil V. Whabi con tinu es to act as a Chief Fin ancial Officer, Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the Com pany as per the provision s of Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with applicable Rules.
