UPDATED VERSION OF THE "F.I.L.A. S.P.A. SPONSOR WARRANTS" REGULATION MADE AVAILABLE

Pero, January 23, 2019 – For completeness, it is communicated that today the "F.I.L.A. S.p.A. Sponsor Warrants" Regulation, updated following an adjustment to their exercise price by the Board of Directors, following the full execution of the share capital increase approved by the Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting of October 11, 2018, has been made available to the public on the website of F.I.L.A. – Fabbrica Italiana Lapis ed Affini S.p.A. at www.filagroup.it, Governance section.
