Result of AGM

FIH group plc, the AIM quoted international services group that owns essential services businesses in the Falkland Islands and the UK, announces that at the Annual General Meeting of the Company, held earlier today, resolutions 1 to 6 and 10 were passed as ordinary resolutions, and resolutions 8 and 9 were passed as special resolutions.

Resolution 7, relating to the disapplication of pre-emption rights, to allot equity securities or sell treasury shares for cash without first offering them to existing shareholders, in circumstances other than for a specific acquisition or capital investment, did not receive the required 75% of votes cast in favour, so was not passed.  The Board will consult with our shareholders to understand and seek to address any concerns they may have.
