Pursuant to the Regulation 30 & 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations), this is to inform you that the Board of Directors at their meeting held today have approved the appointment of Mr. Milind Ghelani as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company with effect from 01st July, 2026.
The disclosures as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD- PoD2/CIR/P/2023/120 dated July 11, 2023 relating to the appointment of Mr. Milind Ghelani as a Chief Financial Officer as Annexure I.
