Business Acquisition

Effective from the 1^ST July 2005 FFI Holdings Ltd (FFI) has acquired the business known as Century Sweets.

Century Sweets is a well established Sydney based business that specializes in the manufacture of cake and confectionery decoration toppings (100's and 1000's).

The business will be relocated to FFP's factory in Jandakot Western Australia and the manufacturing operations merged with FFI's existing cake decoration manufacturing business.

Sales revenue from the new business is expected to be approximately \$300,000 per annum.

The acquisition is an ideal fit with the existing FFI business and further strengthens FFI's position as the leading supplier of cake toppings in Australia.
