Acquisition of beneficial interests in Ordinary Shares as a result of the trustee of the Ferrexpo Corporate Nominee Facility using the dividend paid by Ferrexpo plc on 27 March 2015 to purchase Ordinary Shares on behalf of those directors and employees of Ferrexpo plc and its subsidiary companies (including the persons discharging managerial responsibility and directors named above) who beneficially own Ordinary Shares through the Corporate Nominee Facility.
