Issue of Equity from exercise of Share Options

FD (AIM: FDP.L, ESM: FDP.I), a leading provider of software and consulting services, announces the issue and allotment of 334,083 new ordinary shares of 0.5p each in the Company (the "New Ordinary Shares") pursuant to the exercise of share options by certain employees.

Application has been made for the New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and ESM and it is expected that admission will take place on 7th December 2015. The New Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing shares of the Company. Following this allotment, the total issued share capital of the Company will increase to 23,849,032 ordinary shares.
