Pirkka Palomäki appointed as acting CEO of F-Secure Corporation

The Board of Directors has appointed Pirkka Palomäki as acting President and
CEO of F-Secure Corporation as of November 1, 2011. As informed earlier, the
current President and CEO Kimmo Alkio leads the company until October 31, 2011.
Search for new CEO has been ongoing and is planned to be completed by the end
of 2011.

Pirkka Palomäki is currently Chief Technology Officer of F-Secure Corporation
and member of the Executive Team since 2001.
