Dear Sir/Madam,

Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform that Mr. Rajesh Kumaraswamy, Senior Director – Group Services - HR, Senior Management Personnel has tendered his resignation from the Company for better opportunities.

The Company has accepted his resignation, and he will be relieved from his duties with effect from August 29, 2024 (closing business hours) and his last working day will be December 31, 2024. It is further informed that there is no other material reason for the resignation other than the reason mentioned in the resignation letter.
