28 January 2013 - Experian plc, the global information services company, hereby notifies the market that it received notification of the following transactions in its ordinary shares of 10 US cents each ("ordinary shares") by a director of the Company.

On 25 January 2013, awards over ordinary shares which were granted to Brian Cassin in May 2012 under Experian's Recruitment & Retention Plan vested. On 25 January 2013, some of the resulting ordinary shares were sold on the London Stock Exchange as follows:
