Date of Annual General Meeting

Evolution Mining Limited (ASX: EVN) advises in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, that:

• the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company will be held on Thursday 21 November 2024 at 11.00am AEDT with additional details to be provided in the Notice of Meeting which will be released to the market and available on our website on 16 October 2024; and

• in accordance with the Company’s constitution, the closing date and time for the receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a director, other than those recommended by the Board, is 5.00pm AEST on Friday 20 September 2024, being at least 60 days prior to the AGM.
