Evolution Mining Limited (ASX: EVN) advises in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, that:

• the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company will be held virtually on Thursday 26 November 2020 at 11.00am AEDT with full details to be provided in the Notice of Meeting which will be released to the market in October; and

• the closing date and time for the receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a director is 5.00pm AEST Thursday 3 September 2020.
