RE: Interim Dividend Announcement – Additional Information and Correction

Evolution Mining Limited ( ASX: EVN ) (Evolution) wishes to advise the following in relation to the FY17 Half Year Financial Results and Interim Dividend Announcement released to the market earlier today (16 February 2017):

• The ex-dividend date, being the date that Evolution shares will trade excluding the dividend entitlement, is 24 February 2017 , and not 23 February 2017 as announced earlier.

• The Record Date for receiving the dividend is 27 February 2017.

• The Payment Date for the dividend is 27 March 2017 .

• The unfranked dividend of 2 cents per share has a nil Conduit Foreign Income (CFI) component.
