Evolution Mining Limited ( ASX: EVN ) (Evolution) wishes to advise the following in relation to the FY16 Full Year Financial Results and Dividend Announcement released to the market earlier today (17 August 2016):

• The ex-dividend date, being the date that Evolution shares will trade excluding the dividend entitlement, is 25 August 2016 , and not 24 August 2016 as announced earlier.

• The Record Date for receiving the dividend is 26 August 2016.

• The Payment Date for the dividend is 23 September 2016 .

• The unfranked dividend of 2 cents per share has a nil Conduit Foreign Income (CFI) component. .
