Evolution Mining Limited ( ASX: EVN ) (the Company) wishes to advise the following in relation to the FY15 Half Year Financial Results and Dividend Announcement released to the market earlier today (18 February 2015):

• The unfranked dividend of 1 cent per share has a nil Conduit Foreign Income (CFI) component.

• The Record Date for receiving the dividend is 27 February 2015 .

• The Payment Date for the dividend is 27 March 2015 .

• In relation to the Company’s Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRP):

• DRP information is available from the Investor tab on the Company’s web site.

• Notification to participate in the DRP must be received before 5.00pm (Sydney time) on 2 March 2015 , being the first business day after the Record Date.

• The DRP Application or Variation Form can be obtained by contacting Link Market Services on +61 1300 554 474 or by visiting the Link Market Services Web Site and selecting the investor login page.

• The allotted shares in respect of the FY15 Interim Dividend will be issued at a 5.0% discount to the volume-weighted average price for the five days immediately after the Record Date.
