SHARE ALLOTMENT CONFIRMATION

As required for official quotation, Evolution Mining Limited (ASX:EVN) (“Evolution”) sets out the following information in connection with the Appendix 3B that it issued on 24 August 2015 in connection with the completion of the La Mancha transaction:

1. 322,023,765 fully paid ordinary shares were issued and allotted on 24 August 2015 and 123,852,934 fully paid ordinary shares were issued and allotted on 27 August 2015.

2. As set out in Evolution’s Appendix 3B dated 24 August 2015, the issued capital of Evolution on 28 August 2015 immediately following the share issues described above is set out in the following Appendix.

3. The 20 largest holders of fully paid ordinary shares in Evolution and the percentage held by each holder immediately following the share issues described above are set out in the following Appendix.
