SRG SECURES $150M UMBRELLA AGREEMENT WITH EVOLUTION MINING

Highlights

• SRG Limited secures $150 million umbrella agreement with Evolution Mining, extending work in hand by approximately $110 million

• Terms extended on current sites - Mt Rawdon, Cowal and Edna May

• New contract win to provide drill and blast operations to Mt Carlton mine site, commencing January 2016

SRG Limited ( ASX:STS ) (“SRG”), a leading complex services company, is pleased to announce that it has secured an Umbrella Agreement with Evolution Mining (ASX: EVN) to extend the terms of its drill and blast operations at the Mt Rawdon, Cowal and Edna May mine sites. In addition, a new contract has been secured to provide drill and blast services at Mt Carlton mine site, commencing January 2016.

The works under this three year plus two year agreement are expected to generate revenues of approximately $150 million across the five year period, which increases SRG’s work in hand by approximately $110 million. The new agreement will utilise assets from SRG’s existing drill rig fleet and will require minimal additional capital purchases.

SRG Managing Director, David Macgeorge said, “This is a significant achievement for SRG and our mining team and one which further reinforces our strong working relationship with Evolution Mining. We are very pleased to be awarded this new agreement and contract extension and we look forward to working closely with the Evolution Mining team to deliver strong performance on all four mine sites.”

Evolution Mining is a leading, growth-focused Australian gold company and is now the second largest Australian gold producer. It owns and operates seven gold mines located in Queensland, New South Wales and Western Australia.
