RE: Dividend Announcement – Additional Information

Dear Sir/ Madam,

Evolution Mining Limited ( ASX: EVN ) (the Company) wishes to advise the following in relation to the Dividend and FY14 Annual Financial Results announcement released to the market on 28 August 2014:

• The unfranked dividend of 1 cent per share has a nil Conduit Foreign Income (CFI) component.

• The Record Date for receiving the dividend is 9 September 2014.

• The Payment Date for the dividend is 3 October 2014.

• In relation to the Company’s Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRP):

• DRP information is available from the Investor tab on the Company’s web site.

• Notification to participate in the DRP must be received before 5.00pm (Sydney time) on 10 September 2014.

• The DRP Application or Variation Form can be obtained by contacting Link Market Services on +61 1300 554 474 or by visiting the Link Market Services Web Site and selecting the investor login page.

• The allotted shares in respect of the FY14 final dividend will be issued at a 5.0% discount to the volume-weighted average price for the five days immediately after the Record Date.
