ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING RESULTS

In accordance with Section 251AA of the Corporations Act, the following information is provided to ASX Limited in relation to the resolution passed by members of Westonia Mines Limited at its Annual General Meeting held on 22 November 2007.

Resolution 1: Adoption of Remuneration Report

The total number of proxy votes exercisable by proxies validly appointed was 32,108,032.

The resolution was decided by a show of hands.
